610 Series

610-PHO: Pump Head Only
The 610-PHO (pump head only) is not your ordinary peristaltic pump.  Machined from an aluminum housing with internal stainless steel components, the 610-PHO is rugged and reliable.  The pump accepts either a 3/8″ or 1/2″ ID flexible tubing with a 1/8″ wall. The 610-PHO has a flow rate of up to 3.4 GPM at 400 RPM and can withstand the test of time.

610-100: Standard Fixed-Speed Pump
A belt-driven pump assembly, the 610-100 is mounted on a powder coated steel base with a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor. The 610-100 is an excellent choice for fixed speed applications such as slurry or chemical transfer. With overall dimensions of 18″L x 14″W x 13″T and weighing less than 35 lbs, the 610-100 is a compact, light assembly that is great for many applications.

610-101: Zero-Max™ Speed Control Tube Pump
The 610-101 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control providing a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control and a 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, 1 PH, O.D.P. motor mounted on a steel base. The 610-101 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls.

610-103: Zero-Max™ Reversible Speed Control Tube Pump
The 610-103 is a direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control that provides a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM in either a clockwise or counter clockwise rotation. The 610-103 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for metering, printing, and other industrial applications.

610-200: Explosion-Proof Fixed Speed Pump
The 610-200 is a belt-driven unit with a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor. The pump and motor are mounted on a steel base and connected through a belt & sheave which runs at a constant 430 RPM. The 610-200 is an excellent choice for fluid transfer applications where explosive vapors are present. The assembly comes complete with pump, motor, drive and base. Explosion proof plugs are not provided as application can vary.

610-201: Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump
The 610-201 is a direct drive unit with a manual speed control that provides a speed regulation from 0-400 RPM. This assembly comes with a pump head, Zero-Max speed control, and a 1/3 HP, 1 PH, 60/50 HZ, 115/208-230 Volt, Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor, Zero-Max speed control, and a Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor. The 610-201 provides a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed controls and is used for metering, printing, and fluid transfer. Explosion proof plugs are not provided as application can vary.

610-203: Zero-Max Reversible Explosion-Proof Speed Control Pump
The 610-203 is a direct drive unit with a Zero-Max reversible speed control. This assembly comes with Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor, Zero-Max speed control, and a Class I, Group D, gasoline vapor atmosphere explosion-proof motor and is a cost-effective substitute for AC or DC speed control units.

610-(332, 352 & 362) Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps
The 610-332 Vari-Flow™ pumps are a 3-125 rpm units available with three different control options which are designated by the last digit on the part number. The dash 1 controls are a single direction, on/off, with a manual speed potentiometer. The dash 2 units have a forward/reverse function, as well as a manual speed control. The dash 3 units also include a forward/reverse selector as well as a local/remote switch and accept a 4-20 mA input signal. Each version of the control comes in a sturdy cast aluminum box and are rated for Nema 4 service.

610-352-1, 610-352-2, and 610-352-3: Vari-Flow™ DC Speed Control Pumps
The 610-332 Vari-Flow™ pumps are a 6-250 rpm units available with three different control options which are designated by the last digit on the part number. 610-450: Air Drive Pump
The 610-450 is an assembly consisting of an air motor and pump mounted on a steel base. An eight vane air motor is standard and provides better torque and speed regulation at lower speeds

Tubing Sizes:
The 600-PHO uses two interchangeable sizes of tubing: 3/8″ I.D. x 5/8″ O.D. or 1/2″ I.D. x 3/4″ O.D.
