Peristaltic pumps are positive displacement units with a flow rate that is proportional to speed and has good repeatability. With a wide variety of tubing materials and various motor control options, these pumps are the right option for many industrial, manufacturing, military, and processing chemical dosing and metering applications.
Ruggedly built, Randolph Austin chem pumps are available from machined, aluminum or, as with the 615 or 755 models, from machined stainless-steel housings. Randolph Austin also has lower-cost plastic molded units available.

We offer variable speed AC or DC motors with various drive combinations as well as manual speed control units with explosion proof or standard AC motors. For precision metering applications, Randolph Austin also offers the TP-1000 
pump which can calibrated to provide a given volume per cycle and has excellent repeatability for small batch filling and other dosing applications.
Why Peristaltic Pumps?
The advantages to peristaltic pumps in dosing applications is their simplicity. Because the fluid is insulated from the pump housing inside the tubing, issues such as contamination and wear are reduced, even when using caustic or hazardous fluids such as chlorine or acids. All you’ll need to replace is the tubing, meaning less costly pump units to purchase from the start. Why settle for “chemical resistant pumps” when you can completely protect your pumps from the liquids or slurries inside?
