780 Series

The 780 Series are peristaltic pumps built for industrial applications, and come in three pump head styles.

The newest addition to Randolph Austin pumps, these pumps are designed for industrial applications and come in three different pump head styles. All pumps in this group are designed to mount directly to right angle reducer. All pumps are machined from a cast aluminum housing.

  • The 780 pump has a keyed 14 mm output shaft
  • The 782 pump has a keyed 18 mm output shaft
  • The 783 pump has a keyed 3/4 inch output shaft

Offering a compact footprint with the ability to configure to various output assemblies, the 780 pumps are designed to use tubing of either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall.

780-PHO
The 780-PHO is a peristaltic pump with a 14mm keyed output shaft designed to mount onto a right angle reducer. The 780 pump comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved on the plate and shaft assembly to use either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing. This configuration provides for a compact foot print that may be suitable for various industrial applications.

782-PHO
The 782-PHO is a peristaltic pump with a 18mm keyed output shaft designed to mount onto a right angle reducer. The 782 pump comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved on the plate and shaft assembly to use either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing. This configuration provides for a compact foot print that may be suitable for various industrial applications.

782-305, 782-310

The 782-305 is peristaltic pump with a 18mm output shaft coupled directly to 5:1 right angle reducer with an AC inverter duty motor. The 782 comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved to accommodate either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing.

783-PHO
The 783-PHO is a peristaltic pump with a 3/4″ keyed output shaft designed to mount onto a right angle reducer with a 56C face flange input. The 783 pump comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved on the plate and shaft assembly to use either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing. This configuration provides for a compact foot print that may be suitable for various industrial applications.

783-305 or 783-310
The 783-305 is a peristaltic pump with a 3/4″ keyed output shaft designed to directly mounted onto a 5:1 right angle reducer with a 56C input flange. Designed for OEM application where the customer wants to add their own motor and drive. The pump comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved on the plate and shaft assembly to use either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing. This configuration provides for a compact foot print that may be suitable for various industrial applications.

783-005
The 783-005 is a peristaltic pump with a 3/4″ keyed output shaft designed to directly mounted onto a 5:1 right angle reducer with a 56C input flange. Designed for OEM application where the customer wants to add their own motor and drive.The pump comes standard with three impeller rollers which can be moved on the plate and shaft assembly to use either a 5/32″ or 3/16″ wall tubing. This configuration provides for a compact foot print that may be suitable for various industrial applications.
